The Sky Care team is a unique and innovative entity within Sky Care Team Ltd. Our practice adheres to the Department of Education's Guide to the Supported Accommodation Regulations, including Quality Standards, (March 2023). Our 16+ Supported Accommodation residences are integral to our comprehensive initiative aimed at facilitating a smooth transition for young individuals from care to semi-independence. This is implemented alongside the operation of our Registered Children’s Home for individuals aged 8 to 16 years.
